After years of tests and developments, we are happy to present our 1MW woodchip boiler (1 MW of thermal output).
This boiler has been coupled to a MECMAR S35 grain dryer in dual drive mode so that the user could choose to produce the necessary heat for drying corn from either the diesel burner mounted on the dryer or from the woodchip boiler.
The boiler is equipped with a very efficient air to air heat exchanger which allows to dry the cereal inside the dryer with clean air; since all the products of the combustion of wood chips are expelled into the atmosphere.
High efficiency combined with low costs make this pated the boiler greatly advantageous from the point of view of costs with respect to traditional forms of fuel.
